AI Video Generation in 2026: What You Can Make and What You Cannot

Use cases that do not work yet: professional film production, live action with realistic people, anything where consistency and coherence matter greatly.
The technology is improving rapidly. What is barely possible today might be routine in two years. But for now, treat AI video generation as a specialized tool for specific applications, not a general replacement for human videography.
